We are seeking a motivated clinical sales professional to join our team.
Compensation

Candidates must have experience selling to hospitals and IDNs, with a focus on the C-Suite.
You will be responsible for prospecting, uncovering new opportunities, building relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting
- Meeting with Potential customers (e.g., Hospitals, Hospital Groups, and IDNs) virtually and occasionally by traveling (by automobile, airplane, etc.)
- Identifying potential clients’ clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and discussing, demonstrating, and training them on how MEDI+SIGN products can help them to achieve their goals
- Developing relationships with customers at all levels, including staff, clinicians, and administrators
- Drive the sales cycle from education to closing
Skills & Requirements:
- Clinical sales experience working with Mid to Large Hospitals and IDNs
- Proven track record in prospecting and pipeline building
- Experience selling to a broad evaluation team
- Equally comfortable presenting in live and remote customer meetings
- Ability to identify business needs, align solution strengths, features, and functionality, address product advantages, and differentiate solutions from competitors
- Ability to develop a strategy and point of view on how and why prospects will benefit from MEDI+SIGN solutions
Technical Support Specialist / System Support Technician

We are looking for a full-time, onsite Technical Support Specialist / System Support Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Must have thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of network hardware including switches and firewalls. Networking experience, being a quick learner, self-motivated, team player, with a good character is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain computers and custom hardware
- Install and configure network devices such as firewall, switches, and end devices

- Provide orientation to new users on how to operate software
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
- Maintain records/logs for repairs and maintenance schedules
- Provide design, development, testing, maintenance, delivery, and support
- Be available for special project assistance on nights and weekends
- Performs other applicable duties as assigned
