The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced individual who is hard working with the ability to excel in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Must have thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of network hardware including switches and firewalls. Networking experience, being a quick learner, self-motivated, team player, with a good character is required. Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain computers and custom hardware
- Install and configure network devices such as firewall, switches, and end devices
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems for both local and cloud
- Provide orientation to new users on how to operate software
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
- Maintain records/logs for repairs and maintenance schedules
- Provide design, development, testing, maintenance, delivery, and support
- Be available for special project assistance on nights and weekends
- Performs other applicable duties as assigned

MEDI+SIGN is seeking a motivated clinical sales professional to join our team. This is your opportunity to represent and sell a cutting-edge technology and solutions. Candidates will be entrepreneurial, hard-working, and can engage customers & close business. You will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities, build relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Compensation
- Base salary + commission

Responsibilities
- Meet with existing and potential customers (e.g. Hospitals and Hospital groups) virtually, as well as, occasionally by traveling (in an automobile, airplane, etc.)
- Identify potential client’s clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate and train them on how MEDI+SIGN products can help them to achieve their goals
- Develop relationships with customers at all levels including staff, clinicians, and administrators (e.g. through casual conversation, meetings, participation in conferences or clinical society activities) to make new contacts and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales
- Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
- Drive a sales cycle from education to closing. Internally, you will be working with sales leaders. Externally, you will be working with multiple levels in Hospitals and Healthcare organizations.
- Ability to identify business needs, align solution strengths, features and functionality, address product advantages and differentiate solutions from competitors
- Ability to develop a strategy and point of view on how and why prospects will benefit from our solutions
- Tracking activity and sales progress daily in CRM
Skills & Requirements
- Clinical work experience in nursing or sales into healthcare environments
- 1-2 years of sales experience a plus
- Ability to engage with potential customers, generate leads, and bring those leads to close
- Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of our solution
- Educate customers with the ability to identify their facility issues and demonstrate how our solutions solve them
- Skilled at giving product presentations, and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of MEDI+SIGN products and services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Equally comfortable presenting in live and remote customer meetings
Helpful Experience
- Experience working with Mid to Large Hospitals and Healthcare facilities
- Proven track record at prospecting and pipeline building
- Experience selling to a broad evaluation team
